Armor Plate® Pipe Wrap ("APPW") is a structural pipe compound, reinforcement and repair system that also prevents future external corrosion. APPW is designed to repair pipelines while in service without depressurizing or lowering the maximum allowable operating pressure ("MAOP"). APPW is a 3-part system (resin, putty and Armor ® fiber) specially designed for the repair of straight pipes, elbows, tees, risers, reducers, "crease" elbows, branch "connections" and almost any pipe configuration with external corrosion or mechanical damage.

Once cured, the AP 360 MP Pipe Wrap has been engineer tested and designed for operating temperatures from -60ºF to 350ºF (-51ºC to 176ºC). AP 360 MP Pipe Wrap can be applied in worldwide environments with ambient and/or operating temperatures between -60º F and 350º F (-51º C to 176º C). The AP 360 MP Kit contains Resin A & B, Putty A & B, Fiber Armor® and all equipment necessary for field application. The APPW System is recognized by the Department of Transportation ("DOT")/Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration ("PHMSA") as a permanent repair product and as a model for composite repairs. When a buried pipe has been exposed and the repair is completed, the area can be backfilled the same day.

Provides a chemical barrier that is resistant to a wide variety of chemicals, including caustics, dilute acids, saline solutions, water, steam and petroleum solvents.

Armor Plate ® 360 MP Pipe Wrap is easy to use and is applied by certified installers/applicators.
